32 weeks and still spinning! Workouts are definitely tiring me out a bit faster but I’m not stopping if I don’t have to! Goal is to make it through the whole pregnancy with 4+ workouts a week - I’m doing it so far!
TRX during pregnancy? Hell yea! This has become my favorite workout as I role into the 3rd trimester because there are almost zero modifications needed and I can keep up with the entire class. Loving it!
Morning TRX strength class has left my arms and leggings feeling like jello. Running has turned into spinning, and a stronger focus on strength and yoga as I go into my third trimester (tomorrow!!).
Can’t believe Baby T will be here in about 3 months - it’s crazy!
Ran my third race of this pregnancy today - now two 5ks and a mud obstacle run under my belt. I took it sloooooow and ran the whole way but still had a very slow time - my shins can’t seem to handle this 20lbs of baby bump and whatnot! That may be my last race for the pregnancy (I’m 6 months now) but we shall see!
First run with my maternity support belt! I switched to intervals a few weeks ago - 2 minute running, 1 minute walking. That was feeling good for awhile but as my stomach gets bigger the bouncing is uncomfortable
Another running blogger who is expecting her second suggested a support belt to get more life out of my runs, so I gave it a shot.
This is a maternity support belt from Motherhood Maternity and it made for a great interval run! I am so excited and hope this can prolong my running during pregnancy!
